First Time with Santa!!

This is the first photo the boys have taken with Santa. They talked all morning about wanting to see him and sit on his lap. When we arrived, they were so excited to see him...until it was time to sit on his lap. After a little toddler deliberation, the boys decided they would stand in front of Santa and politely asked him to keep his hands on his chair and not touch them. We were so thankful for a considerate Santa Claus!

Random Moments....

Being cuddle bunnies with Mommy

Cam dancing with Mommy to Christmas music.

The boys enjoy "driving" their cars. We have to watch out for Camden as he's often adventurous and willing to take risks.

Cayden taking a break, prepared to squash any fly that comes his way.

Amazing how much a wrench can occupy a child's time!

The boys had a Christmas party at preschool and I was in charge of making cookies.

It's Looking Like Christmas!!

Cayden & Camden enjoyed helping Daddy put up the Christmas tree.

This year we will be spending Christmas in Colorado for the first time since 2001. We are so excited to see family, mountains & snow. Next month, Scott & I will be celebrating our 10-year Wedding Anniversary. Wow, how time flies!!

Those Boys....

Random moments are precious to me. The boys were enjoying a snack as I read them books. When I was done reading, they wanted to return the gesture by "reading" to me. They are so sweet!

Cam & Cayden are getting ready for the Colorado cold. We'll be there for Christmas.

A Little More Thanksgiving...

Camden & Cayden opened an early Christmas present from their Grandpa, Cel, Randy & Emily. I think they really liked it, don't you?!

Cayden found Mommy's biking helmet.

THANKSGIVING

What a wonderful Thanksgiving! Several of my family came to celebrate Thanksgiving with us in Tyler. The boys loved the company! Here they are with baby Emily.

Cayden is snuggling with his Grandpa. I was thrilled to have my Dad & family here! The boys would call out for their Grandpa in the mornings & loved spending time with him.

My Grandpa is getting kisses from Cayden. The boys are the only great-grandchildren in our family. The boys call him Wello (for Abuelo).

Randy, Camden & Ryan reading books on the air matress. The boys could not be more entertained!

We are thankful for family & friends in our lives. You all make our journey in life sweet. Thank you for all who invest in our lives and the lives of our children. Blessings to you all!

The End of Gramm's Visit

The boys were giving their Gramm hugs & kisses before taking her to the airport.

They even helped her with her luggage!

Gramm gave the boys a special good-bye present...ELEPHANTS!!

What a special time we spent with Gramm. We'll be heading to Colorado in a month to see Scott's family for Christmas.

First Thanksgiving Program

Cayden & Cam had their first Thanksgiving Program at their preschool in November. Our precious little Indians were adorable, but the singing was cut short when they spotted us in the crowd.

These were our centerpieces on the table where we had our Thanksgiving lunch with the boys. Thank you Gramm, Dee, Tammy & Heather for being a part of our day!

Fall time has been fun at the Boerger home. We've been buried in leaves, hide animals in raked-up mounds and so much more. The boys have been so happy to have their Gramm here from Colorado. Cayden was in the hospital for 3 days with pneumonia. Thankfully, all has cleared and everyone is well.

October Fun!

The boys loved the "pumpkin" cupcakes I made for the party we were going to. They are learning about fall in their preschool class.

Camden & Cayden at the pumpkin patch. Sometimes they really look alike!

The boys were defeating their Mommy in a wrestling match! Boys are so much fun!

And who could resist such handsome little firemen?! This was our fall festival in the park.
